-Tournament Report

--The upcoming Region 8 Tournament (Saturday, 21 April, Flemingtown Ramp) on Kerr was discussed.

--Club presidents should try to get their club’s fees in to the Tournament Director, Mike Russ,  (cell # 757-814-3339) prior to the morning of the event.  Each club should write a single check for their club’s competitors, including big fish pot, rather than providing cash for the big fish pot, as in previous years.  Get your tournament roster in to Mike ASAP, so your club’s blast-off positions can be drawn.

--Instead of the medallions used for boat blast-off #s  last year, each boat will get an index card with the number.   It’s been too much of a problem collecting all the medallions at weigh-in.

--Five Rivers will be doing blast off, NASA-Langley will be doing weigh-in.

--ONLY Region 8-issued bags will be used for weigh-in.  NO personal weigh-in bags will be allowed.  Please pass this to all your club members.  Team members, be prepared to grab a Region 8 bag at the weigh-in.
